5.8. Cooling down and slicing into it

After the bake, place the bread on a rack.

It will sound hollow when baked.

When cooled down, use a good knife to cut it.

This is how the crumb looks like.

For this bread, it’s normal that the crumb is a bit more moist. It’s really delicious.
