5. 8. Shaping the dough into a batard

On a lightly moistened surface spread the dough into a rectangle, then flatten it gently a bit. Then roll it towards you so the seam is on the bottom. 

FERMENTED TIP #1: If the seam opens up, moisten it lightly with water then glue it together.

FERMENTED TIP #2: To shape the dough into a ball/boule, check the video on shaping the pizza balls.
