FIRST GLUTEN-FREE STARTER COURSE
The internationally acclaimed sourdough baking master and author of the bestselling book SourdoughMania and its fully fermented sequel Sweet and Savory SourdoughMania. My mission is to spread the love and passion for better bread and other sourtastic delights all across Slovenia and the world. The motto I follow is “let’s bake the world a better place” and bring sourdough to every household. My life would be sour without sourdough and I’d love for you to “catch” SourdoughMania and join in on the fermented fun. That way, more and more of us will be able to bake and eat better bread.
